ACFE Foundation Charity Poker Tournament Results

The Las Vegas Chapter and the ACFE Foundation hosted a Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament during the ACFE Global Fraud Conference in Las Vegas. The tournament was held at the Monte Carlo Poker Room and all proceeds supported the ACFE Richie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship Program.

The tournament had 18 participants and it was filled with excitement, great poker, and excellent prizes. I would like to thank everybody who participated. In the end, the winner was Chris Dransfeldt, CFE, who won $600. Second place went to Peter Moenickheim, who won $200, and third place went to Matt Barthel, CFE, who won a $125 bookstore credit. 

The tournament raised $1,600 for the Scholarship Fund. We look forward to holding the tournament again and having it be an even bigger success.
